'Biggest Loser' Contestants Got Results Using Incline Training

Michelle Aguilar - "Incline Training was my Go-To Workout"

Biggest Loser Season 6 Winner

Lost 110 lbs.

"I am a huge advocate of incline training, although the first time Jill ramped up the treadmill I totally freaked out...it was uncomfortable and I wasn't sure how to control the whole breathing thing. I am happy to say that over time and with Jill's persistence it actually became a 'go-to' work out. When I needed to lose weight fast for the weigh-ins, I did incline training."

"Like most people, my schedule is full. I do incline training because it burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time, and all I have to do is walk. The NordicTrack Incline Trainer gives you the perfect workout plus you get to use the same trainer I had on the Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels."

Bill Germanakos - "Incline Trainer....best bang for my buck"

Season 4 Biggest Loser Champion

Lost 164 lbs

"When I was first introduced to the incline trainer on the campus of The Biggest Loser, I never would have imagined that it would grow to be my most important piece of equipment. After I injured my knee in the 3rd week of the season, Jillian, realizing that I could not run, created a myriad of exercises and routines for me to do on the incline trainer. I found that incline training help me to get my heart rate up the quickest, and enabled me to sustain the elevated heart rate, which was our ultimate goal in the gym. The best part for me is that I was able to burn serious amounts of fat while not causing any pain or pressure to my knees. You see, if you're climbing at an incline, you're generally up on your toes, and not banging your heels down, as you would on a flat treadmill"

"I still utilize incline training several times per week, as it offers me the "best bang for my buck", and am thrilled that the Nordic Trac Incline Trainer X3 allows me to continue to train with the best trainer in the world, Jillian Michaels."

"I highly recommend the Incline Trainer X3 to anyone who is serious
about losing weight and getting fit. You can follow my progress as
well as that of my brother Jim, season 4's "At Home Champ", at www.WeightLossTwins.com

Pete Thomas - "The best exercise for me was Incline Training"

Season 2 at Home Winner

Lost 185 lbs. on the Biggest Loser.

"Incline training was the thing we (Biggest Loser Season 2 Contestants) loved to hate. When I first got to the 'Biggest Loser' sprinting was out of the question, it was too hard on my knees and joints. And, because I couldn’t run, the best exercise for me was incline training. I learned very early on in the first week, that I could increase my heart rate and burn more calories by incline training. The other neat thing about incline training is that it gives you variety and keeps the boredom down."

"I now teach others what I myself learned on The Biggest Loser - to get your heart rate up without the excess impact, Incline Training is the absolute best!"

Julie Hadden - "Incline training delivered the fastest results"

Season 4 Runner-Up

Lost 97 lbs. on the Biggest Loser

"What I love most about incline training is that you can get such quick results. I, like many others on the show, loved incline training because it was low impact, yet very intense. It allowed you to burn a lot of calories in the shortest amount of time. Today, being a busy mom it's important to maximize my time most efficiently. And through doing Incline training I can accomplish a hard and productive workout in less time which gives me more time to spend on what I love the most, taking care of my family."

Bernie Salazar - "For me the Incline Trainer X3...the perfect workout partner"

Season 5 at home Winner

Lost 130 lbs. on the Biggest Loser.

"Millions of viewers see the incredible weight loss transformations that take place over the course of each and every season on The Biggest Loser. However, what isn't always shared is the significant role that the workout equipment plays in helping us to achieve our weight loss goals. For me the Incline Trainer X3 was and continues to be the perfect workout partner. Losing the weight is no easy task but believe me when I say that maintaining the weight is equally as challenging. Since my seasons finale (season 5) I have taken up distance running to help maintain my newfound health. To date I have completed two half marathons and a full marathon. Anyone who has trained for a race will tell you that it isn't enough to just get out there and start running, you have to spend time cross training. The Incline Trainer X3 provides me the perfect cross training experience. It allows me to continually challenge myself by simulating course conditions I might encounter while participating in a race."

"The best part about the incline trainer is I can train right in my living room, which leaves me with absolutely no reason not to get my workout in! To me the Incline Trainer X3 has been more than just a piece of workout equipment; it has literally helped to save my life! Like a good workout partner it continues to motivate me to set new health goals and helps to prepare me to achieve those goals in the best and safest way possible. Having Jillian walk me through my workout on the Incline Trainer X3 makes me feel as if I never left the Biggest Loser Campus. I can't tell you how many people I have spoken with who time and again say "If I had a trainer like Jillian Michaels I'd be able to lose the weight too!" well here's your chance, time to step up!"
